1. A space for female empowerment, connection, and celebration
Coinciding with the mystical season around Halloween, at Lola Ribas Events we organize our now traditional Witches' Day. Far from frivolity or conventional themed parties, this gathering is conceived as an intimate and sophisticated encounter designed by and for a select group of hardworking, talented women close to Lola's inner circle. The essence of the event does not lie in superficial spectacle, but in the genuine desire to pay tribute to female career paths, leadership, and camaraderie in an atmosphere where elegance and authenticity go hand in hand.
At its core, any reason is a perfect opportunity to pause and celebrate life. In today's corporate and professional environment, the daily pace often overshadows the need to share quality time with people who inspire you. Witches' Day was born precisely as that necessary intermission: a day to disconnect from routine, savor the present, and enjoy the company of women who share concerns, challenges, and life visions, within a framework of mutual respect, distinction, and meaningful conversation.
Under this philosophy, this year's edition was articulated around the conceptual motto "100% witch". Far from stereotypes or strident feminist narratives, the term "witch" was redefined from a subtle, sophisticated, and empowered perspective. It represents female intuition, inner strength, creativity, and the innate ability to transform projects and environments. Being "100% witch" in Lola Ribas' universe means reclaiming one's talent with elegance, trusting one's vision, and celebrating the everyday magic that arises when valuable and brilliant women connect genuinely.

Behind the seamlessness and elegance of a day like this lies a rigorous event production process. The first phase of planning consists of precisely defining the concept and theme of the project in order to subsequently find a space capable of communicating it coherently.
In this edition, held this past October 24th, the concept required a setting that combined intimacy, heritage, and versatility. The goal was to immerse guests in a sophisticated atmosphere under an elegant color palette based on gold, white, and black.
3. The architectural framework: The authenticity of Alquería Lolín
To bring the event to life, the emblematic Alquería Lolín, located in Valencia, was selected. This historic venue perfectly represents the essence of the traditional Valencian landscape and countryside, offering impeccably preserved rustic charm just minutes from the city center.
With its historical roots, stone arches, traditional ceramics, landscaped courtyard, and classic water well, the alquería stands out as a highly versatile location. Its balance between history and warmth makes it the perfect canvas to host both an outdoor cocktail reception and a distinguished lunch, guaranteeing at all times the privacy required for this occasion.

High-end production design does not rely solely on the venue, but on the seamless synergy between leading industry vendors. For Witches' Day, every logistical and artistic pillar was meticulously selected:

Graphic design, signage, and bespoke stationery: We cared for every visual detail, from table seating charts and personalized guest place cards to decorative mirrors calligraphed with motivational quotes.
Interactive atmosphere and audiovisuals: We incorporated a glitter table to add dynamism and glamour to the evening, all set to music by a professional DJ responsible for pacing each phase, along with a specialized photographer tasked with capturing the essence of the gathering.

The event began with an initiation rite, a symbolic gesture marking a disconnect from everyday life to make way for the cocktail hour. To emphasize the mystical nature of the date, the day featured participation from professional mediums and tarot readers.
Attendees enjoyed private, individual reading sessions, creating moments of self-reflection and deep connection. The subsequent lunch gave way to a very intimate private party, where guests experienced heartwarming, emotional moments that touched the hearts of everyone present.
